How to Apply?
Application can be obtained in person from the PG and Research
Department of Geography of this college by way of submitting a
DD for Rs. 100/- drawn infavour of ‘Principal, Government
Arts College, Autonomous, payable at Kumbakonam – 612 001’
and along with q request to: The Co-ordinator, UGC-Innovative
Program, PG and Research Department of Geography, Government Arts
College, Autonomous, Kumbakonam. Outstation candidates add Rs.
30/- as Postal expenses along with application cost.
Selection Procedures
Selection is purely based on Regional competitive exam8ination/graded
mark/interview and the venue will be intimated to the eligible
candidates separately. The results will be informed to the candidates’
individually/displayed on the WEB sit. Sponsored candidates can
directly apply to the coordinator with the sponsorship and they
will have to appear before the selection committee. Hostel facilities
for both men/women can be arranged on request.
Semester Fee
The selected candidates will have to pay a semester fee of Rs.
3500/- with additional examination fees as and when applicable.
The fee structure may vary according to the decision of the University.
